

Trellis beauty :
A cherry-pink thornless Bourbon rose developed by French rosarian Bizot in 1868.
It is believed to be a cross between a Boursault rose and a Hybrid Perpetual Rose, this new cultivar was first introduced in Switzerland by horticulturalist Charles Bonnet who sold it under his own name. Later introduced to Australia by Hazlewood Brothers as ‘Zephirine Drouhin.’
This tall climbing rose clamors to heights of around 15′ long and has a spread of near 8′. It’s semi-double blooms are 4-5″ wide and said to be both the first and last to bloom with blossoms from April until autumn. Renowned for its intoxicating damask fragrance, this rose is sure to delight the senses!
